Statement of Faith

  • We believe the Bible is God's inspired Word, and is useful for teaching the faith, correcting error, for guiding our lives, and for teaching us to be holy and righteous.

  • We believe there is only one true God, creator of heaven and earth, who reveals Himself as God the Father, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.

  • We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin. He led a sinless life, preached the Gospel, performed miracles, and healed and delivered the afflicted.

  • We believe Jesus was crucified for our sins, died, and was buried. On the third day he rose from the dead and ascended into heaven, where He intercedes for us continually.

  • We believe that Christ will return to earth again to claim his bride, the church, and to judge the nations. MARANATHA!

  • We believe the Holy Spirit gives life to our spirits at salvation. He is sent to convict us of our sins, reveal to our minds the truth of the scriptures, and give us the power to live and act as Jesus would.

  • We believe that God commands us to attend and support a local body of believers for teaching, worship, prayer and fellowship. Nothing, including the web, can replace face-to-face fellowship with other believers.
